We’re looking for an experienced, exceptional Front Office Manager to lead our team as we rebrand our historic hotel from a Holiday Inn to a Crowne Plaza Hotel.

You will naturally lead from the front and possess an infectious passion for hospitality. You are efficient, dedicated, standards-driven, motivated to train and guide your team and ambitious.

The successful candidate will be joining a team of winners. We have a really strong, settled management team, all focused on developing a successful transformational change programme, to rebrand our hotel after a £3 million refurbishment. You’ll be joining a progressive team; where your greatness will come to life.

Previous experience of IHG systems, Holidex and Brilliant is advantageous, but not essential. Ideally you will have experience of successfully managing a Change Management program, where you lead your team though a Cultural Transformation. You will be able to demonstrate a capacity to work well in multidisciplinary teams to deliver business objectives in a timely manner.
